Commander Echo™

The Commander Echo™ line from JTECH Medical brings advanced levels of sophistication and versatility to portable evaluation and outcome assessment equipment. Only a single console is required for up to 20 testing instruments. The console is wireless and automatically collects data, stores results, computes statistics and prompts you for the next test when testing in a series. The Commander Echo Console also allows you to select tests, delete unwanted information, and more with a simple joystick operation. All these features help you collect and record objective data faster and easier.

The American Medical Association ("AMA") has licensed JTECH Medical to use and/or include all editions of the Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (the "Guides") in this Product. As of November of 2000, all earlier editions of the Guides were replaced by the Fifth Edition (or any subsequent current edition), should be used for the medical evaluation of permanent impairment. The American Medical Association is not responsible for errors in the text of any earlier edition that has been corrected in subsequent editions.

The American Medical Association disclaims responsibility for any consequences attributable to or related to any uses, no-use or interpretation of information contained in or not contained in the Guides. In no event will AMA be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other consequential damages.

No portion of the Guides shall be used in any form of commercial exploitation, including, but not limited to, commercial print or broadcast media, and no subscriber or user shall publish as its own any material contained in the Guides.

AMA disclaims any liability to any party for the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Guides, or for any damages arising out of the use or no-use of any of Guides or any information contained therein.
