Not helpful This problem may be caused by a partial disconnection or loosening of the connection between the Tracker™ Legacy Interface Box and the cable connecting the involved instrument.
This problem may be resolved by powering-off the Interface Box, disconnecting the cable for the involved instrument, and then reconnecting the cable.
You may also choose to perform the same operation on the opposite side of the cable (connecting to the instrument itself).
