Turn off the Interface Box and disconnect the Grip Gauge. Use the cables from another device such as the Muscle Tester or Pinch if available.  Turn the Interface Box back on and continue testing.  Check the base of the "Rungs" for oil.  If there is no oil but the problem continues, contact Customer Service for additional troubleshooting. If there is oil, something has damaged the seal on your device. This could possibly be from impact, and cannot be repaired.
