Not helpful Refer to this section if you run Tracker™ 5.0 and an error message is received which reads:
-106 CRP9516a.DLL FAILED AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION or
-106:8 CRP9516a.DLL FAILED AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION
The user is not able to access the Tracker software.
The application has been set to Windows Compatibility mode and is simulating a version of Windows which is too old for current Crypkey support.
Disable the checkmark for Compatibility mode, or set the version of Windows to something newer and re-attempt.
THE COMPUTER MUST BE REBOOTED FOR CHANGES TO TAKE EFFECT.
(The file CRP9516a.DLL is used only for operating systems pre- Windows NT, and is not used or installed by modern JTECH products. Therefore, it fails authenticity verification.)
