Not helpful When the user attempts to create a Narrative report in Tracker™ Version 4, the following message appears:
File Creation Error
Unable to create narrative file
This error is generated whenever the file NARTVTMP.RTF cannot be written. This can happen in multiple situations, but is most common when the user has attempted to open two Narrative Reports simultaneously. This is typically an illegal operation on most computers and will generate errors of various sorts.
The user should be directed to the Task Bar where a list of programs currently running can be found. If the file NARTVTMP.RTF is already in use by a word processing program, close the document after saving its contents, if desired. Attempt the operation again.
