1. The Interface Box is unable to communicate with the software.
a. Check all the connections and make sure the Interface Box is powered on.
b. Check to make sure that Tracker and the computer are using the same Com Ports.
2. There has been data collected for the test that you are in.
3. Turn the Interface Box off. Switch the cable with another device, such as the MMT or Pinch, if available. Turn the Interface Box back on and repeat testing. If problem persists, contact JTECH Medical's Customer Service for additional instructions.
