Could be better 
Not helpful Tracker 5 does not require that all users are administrators or power users on the PC, however users must have read/write access to certain directories and files.
The following directories along with all files and subdirectories require read write access by the users of the system:
- C:\ProgramData\CrypKey\Licenses
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Tracker 5
- C:\PDOXUSRS.NET
- Any directory containing a Tracker 5 database.
Registry R/W Access to all sub keys and data values:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JTECH Medical
