Not helpful This section will provide help if you try to access the "Patient Files" area of the Tracker™ Version 5 software and find that the list of patients and databases is completely blank, or if all databases are gone when viewing the Database Management screen.
Tracker Version 5 maintains its database information using the Borland Database Engine Administrator ("BDE Administrator"). If this program is removed accidentally--it is a "Shared Component" for many applications--the Tracker Version 5 software will lose track of all listed databases, and the Patient Files area will be completely blank.
The Tracker Version 5 installation CD includes a folder which contains software licensed for redistribution. The software is located in the "Extras" folder.
1) Navigate to the Tracker 5 installation CD
2) Navigate to the "Borland Database Engine" folder
