The Dualer IQ unit is reporting that its internal calibration has been lost. The device should be sent to JTECH Medical for factory calibration.
Dualer IQ is not identifying the Secondary inclinometer
Turn the Primary IQ off. Disconnect the Secondary IQ and then re-connect. Turn Primary IQ on, slowly sliding it to the "On" position. If this problem continues, contact Customer Service for additional instructions.
Dualer IQ shows "000" and will not register degrees
Depending on the age of your Device, your Accelerometer may be worn out or stuck. Take the IQ and lightly tap the feet of the Device on a hard flat surface. If the Accelerometer is stuck this should free it. If this does not work, contact Customer Service for further troubleshooting.
Dualer IQ will not turn on
The battery may be low. Replace the battery and continue testing. If the problem persists, the battery holder may not be making sufficient contact. Remove the battery and gently bend the battery holder in so it is making solid contact with the battery. If this does not work, contact Customer Service for further troubleshooting.
