Tracker 5 is granted temporary access for a couple of reasons:

  • Demo systems - Contact your account manager for more information.
  • Temporary access to Manual Data Entry to correct a data entry problem - Contact JTECH customer service to find out more information.
  • Tracker 5 was purchased with a Terms Agreement - This is the most common scenario.  When Tracker is purchased with a terms agreement, only partial payment has been made for the system.  Temporary access will be given until approximately the due date of the following payment (this may be extended but is determined by JTECH Accounting).  Once the system has been paid in full, a permanent registration code is given and the temporary access should no longer apply.
