This error message usually appears when the Tracker software is being run in Compatibility Mode. The error is caused when our license registration component is activated on a different version of Windows than what is expected.

Please check the Properties of the Tracker software icon. These can be accessed by right clicking on the icon and clicking Properties. You may find a Compatibility tab. Please ensure that there are no checkmarks next to Compatibility Mode.

If this is the cause of your problem, you may receive a different Site Code, and you may need a different Site Key.
