1. Receive a Site Key that enables the feature.
2. In the Tracker™ 5 System menu, select the Import/ Export Settings.  
3. Input the code that has been provided by the customer serivce department.

Creating Narrative reports to be exported

1. Create a Narrative Template as if you were going to create a report. 
2. Instead of Selecting the Create Narrative Button, you should select Export Narrative. 
3. The “Report Ordered By” should be the folder containing the list of referrals or contacts that have been previously set up by you.
4. Report Description should be brief description of the Narrative Report.
