Refer to this help section if any action is performed that involves a database, and the Tracker™ 5 software generates an error message stating:

Error in TTrackerPrivateData::ConvertProtocolEntry()
Insufficient Disk Space
File or directory does not exist
File: [DATABASE PATH]]\resttemp.DB
Table does not exist

JTECH software requires that the user be logged into the computer with full permission to read, write, and modify the required files.  The user should consult an administrator or take other steps to acquire full administrative privileges on the computer.
