The multiple devices out of sync error will typically occur when the Tracker Freedom devices have a low battery.  When the battery becomes discharged, the devices do not have enough power to maintain a strong connection with tracker and the order in which Tracker receives data from the devices can become "Out of Sync."

To begin testing immediately:

  1. Close the testing screen.
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Begin testing again.

To help prevent this in the future:

  1. Plug your Tracker Freedom devices into power.
  2. Wait 4-6 hours.
  3. Begin testing again.
