Your device is in need of service.  

If you device is not registering enter events when clicking the enter button, you may be experiencing a hardware malfunction.  Before contacting JTECH to obtain an RMA number, you may want to try one simple exercise that can help clear anything that has gotten stuck under the button.  

  • Open a sample test for a test patient.  Hold the device in your hand with your finger on the enter button.  
  • Roll your finger around the enter button in a circular motion. Your finger should come in contact with the button at all edges.
  • Repeat 2-3 times.
  • Attempt to use the enter button normally.  

If this has not resolved your issues, please contact JTECH Medical's Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and instructions on sending your device in for repairs.
