If your software appears to be locking up when attempting to access data, you may have database corruption.
This might occur when you click a button to create a report, open a testing screen, save test data, or begin collecting intake information. This is not an exhaustive list.
Database corruption typically will occur because of improperly shutting down Tracker when Tracker is accessing the database. The safest approach is to always shut down Tracker by using the red X at the top right of the window.
Tracker 5 uses a Paradox database structure. JTECH's Customer Service dept has the tools and experience to help repair your database should you experience database corruption. Please contact JTECH Customer Service for more information.
