Tracker Version 4 

Objective testing and accurate documentation are more important, and more affordable, than ever. Tracker from JTech Medical gives you the tools to raise the level of your patient evaluations, documentation, outcomes tracking, patient education/retention and billable services.

Tracker 5 may lock up when you see the Device Wake-Up screen.  This may be related to audio files playing on the computer.  If you attempt to adjust the volume with the slider near the system clock, you may find that locks up also.  This is likely caused by a problem with your audio driver on your PC however to allow Tracker to continue to work despite this, you may disable audio in Tracker by clicking the system dropddown menu, selecting Audio, and choosing Disable.  

If this does not resolve your problem, contact JTECH Medical Customer Service for assistance.
